About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success and Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer success and sales responsibilities, focusing on ensuring our customers achieve their business goals while addressing inbound sales inquiries with a solution-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Success:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a seamless onboarding experience.

    • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.

    • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback to enhance our products and services.

  • Inbound Sales:

    • Respond to and qualify inbound sales inquiries via email, chat, and calls.

    • Understand customer pain points and recommend the best solutions from HitPay’s product suite.

    • Educate potential customers on HitPay’s features, pricing, and benefits, aligning with their business goals.

    • Maintain a pipeline of leads and manage follow-ups to drive conversion rates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with the sales, marketing, and product teams to share insights from customers and prospects.

    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and strategies.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, sales, or related roles.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers.

  • A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the payments or SaaS industry is a bonus but not required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
