What Youll Do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and NetSuite consultant, delivering high-level support and innovative solutions to clients across a variety of industries.

  • Lead client presentations confidently, handling real-time troubleshooting and system demonstrations.

  • Research and resolve complex NetSuite issues to optimize client satisfaction and system performance.

  • Work collaboratively with clients over calls, providing step-by-step guidance to resolve issues.

  • Demonstrate best practices in using the NetSuite system, ensuring clients follow through and understand usage.

  • Assist in configuring and customizing NetSuite to meet diverse client needs.

  • Coordinate with internal support teams to escalate and resolve critical client issues.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client issues and solutions for future reference.

  • Provide training to clients, ensuring they understand best practices and maximize system usage.

  • Proven track record of at least 5+ years in NetSuite support or related roles.

  • Deep understanding of NetSuite modules, workflows, scripting, and customization tools.

  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.

  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities with senior-level stakeholders.

  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to handling challenges.

Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Location Requirement: Only applicants residing in the Philippines will be considered.
