Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Contacting prospects via phone (and follow-up via email)
Updating activities in Google Doc and eventually into the client’s CRM
Create call lists by contacting licensing authorities in states as directed (we’ll need guidance from the client here)
Communicate with Client Manager and technical staff and escalate outstanding issues when required.
Identify issues that cannot be resolved remotely in a quick and efficient manner.
Key Qualifications:
2-3 years of demonstrated success as a Telemarketer
Excellent English speaker and phone voice, must speak with similar American or neutral accent 9 of 10
Good computer skills
Stamina able to maintain enthusiasm for outreach 8 hours/day
Coachable able to implement coaching tips in order to improve performance
Reliable, and willing to work “night shift” in Philippines
Shift / Hours:
Monday Friday in one single shift, which will be 10:00 PM PHT 7:00 AM in PHT during Daylight Savings Time, or 11:00 PM PHT 8:00 AM in PHT outside of Daylight Savings Time.
