Job Description:

• Record daily financial transactions, including posting journal entries and imports.
• Prepare and submit financial statements, such as income statements and balance sheets.
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare monthly revenue reconciliations accurately.
• Review and analyze company expenses, including payroll and credit card expenditures.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and best practices within the healthcare industry.
• Participate in the monthly and annual financial close processes.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial data in databases, ensuring easy accessibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system functionality and reporting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and investigate fluctuations in financial results.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports focused on clinical productivity and operational performance.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and performing detailed reconciliations.
• Ability to analyze financial results and investigate variances.
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting monthly KPI reports, particularly related to clinical productivity.
• Advanced skills in accounting software and financial databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
