Job description

This is a remote position.

Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable SEO Specialist to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. This role involves developing and executing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and analyzing website performance. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving, rankability, and the ability to manage multiple client projects effectively. Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics (including GA4), and platforms like Shopify and WordPress is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing, relevant keywords for content and SEO optimization.
Perform technical SEO audits, recommending and implementing improvements to website architecture, metadata, and site performance.
Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements, including headings, internal linking, and keyword integration.
Manage SEO initiatives for approximately minimum of 15-20 clients, ensuring tailored approaches and measurable results.
Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor website performance and generate actionable insights.
Build, analyze, and manage backlink acquisition strategies to enhance domain authority and overall rankability.
Stay updated on SEO best practices and adapt strategies to align with algorithm changes and industry trends.
Create detailed performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Optimize Shopify and WordPress platforms to achieve SEO objectives.

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including schema markup, site speed optimization, and metadata management.
Expertise in using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console for tracking and reporting.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly Shopify and WordPress.
Excellent understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients, delivering effective strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in content optimization.

Set-up and Location: Remote/ WFH

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (ACST) | 6:30 AM-3:30 PM (PH Time)
