We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Amazon Vendor Central Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. As an Amazon Vendor Central Specialist, you will manage and optimize our vendor relationships, product listings, and sales performance on the Amazon marketplace. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are represented effectively, our inventory is optimized, and we meet sales goals while maintaining a positive relationship with Amazon’s Vendor Central team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Manage and maintain relationships with Amazon Vendor Central, including onboarding new products, managing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Product Listings & Optimization: Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of product listings on Amazon, including ensuring accurate product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability, and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies in line with market trends, Amazon guidelines, and company goals to ensure optimal profitability and competitiveness.
  • Promotions & Advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage Amazon marketing campaigns, including sponsored product ads, lightning deals, and promotions.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace trends using Amazon analytics tools and reports to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle disputes, returns, chargebacks, and other operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact.
  • Compliance & Guidelines: Ensure adherence to Amazon’s policies, rules, and best practices, keeping the company up to date with any changes to Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on inventory planning, product launches, and overall strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Amazon Vendor Central or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s tools and services (e.g., Vendor Central, A+ Content, Amazon Advertising, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and order processing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA), Brand Analytics, and other Amazon reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Amazon’s advertising platform and promotional strategies.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-growing e-commerce or consumer goods company.
