For this role, our client is in pursuit of a seasoned Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for managing high-volume accounts payable tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately. The ideal candidate will bring experience in accounts payable, demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, and have the flexibility to start immediately. This is a full time position during Eastern Standard Time.
The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:
- Must have at least a year of experience as an Accounts Payable, or similar role.
- Must have strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to work effectively under pressure in high-volume environments.
- Must have a commitment to quality and precision in work.
- Experience in property management is preferred but not mandatory.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Process and manage high-volume accounts payable tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and organize accounts payable data, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Uphold confidentiality and data security standards.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
- Compensation range: $6.00 - $11.00 per hour.
* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
