Here’s What You’ll Be Doing With Us

Transcription: Accurately transcribe meetings, notes, and other documents.

Paperwork Preparation: Handle and organize documents for clients and internal use.

Weekly Reporting: Prepare and email weekly progress reports.

File Management: Keep virtual files up-to-date and well-organized.

Task Management: Create and maintain a clear list of ongoing tasks.

Social Media: Manage and update social media accounts.

General Administrative Tasks: Support daily operations with various admin duties.

Flexible Schedules

Full-Time: 8-hour shifts

Experience: We welcome applicants with or without experience. We’re also open to undergrads and students.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

English Proficiency: A good command of the English language is a must.

Tech Setup

A headset with noise-canceling capabilities and a high-definition webcam.

Device Specifications

Dual-core processor (1GHz or above) or Intel Core i5/i7, or AMD equivalent.

At least 8GB of RAM and 60GB of free hard drive space.

Windows or Mac OS is acceptable.

Network Requirements: A stable 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber connection (no USB sticks, wireless, or signal-based connections allowed).
