Job Title: Telesales Executive Intern (Social Media Packages Sales)

Location: Work from Home

Job Type: 3 Months Internship (Full-Time) 10AM -7PM

Stipend: Upto 10,000 Monthly, After 3 days Trail

Incentives: Commission on every sale after the first 4 sales per month

Laptop is Must: Use Separate Number for calling (Company will reimburse with Stipend)

About Us:

We are a dynamic marketing agency offering tailored social media packages to help businesses grow their online presence. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive Interns to help expand our client base.

Job Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily to potential customers.
Promote and sell social media packages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to small and medium-sized businesses.
Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our services to prospective clients.
Maintain a detailed database of lead interactions and follow-up activities.
Close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
After the first 4 successful sales each month, earn commission on every additional sale.
Follow up on warm leads and referrals and engage with potential clients through calls or emails.
Report daily progress to the sales manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (English/Hindi or other regional languages).
Persuasive and able to handle objections.
Prior experience in telesales or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual.
