We are currently looking for a ERP Operations Specialist (m/f/d) for OTT HydroMet. The main responsibility of the “ERP Operations Specialist” is configuring, customizing, and overseeing the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions, ensuring the system aligns with the organization's business processes and requirements. The main focus is on operations related processes.

This role will be reporting to the Manager Business Applications.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Design, develop, maintain, and document IT business processes in the area of operations
• Support planning and execution of IT related projects according to a structured, well-defined methodology. Accomplish defined project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
• Providing user support and initiate process improvement
• Implementation, Configuration, Parametrization and Customization in ERP roll outs of ERP applications.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Implement data migration, transformation, and integration processes between different systems.
• Provide technical support, resolve issues ensuring minimal downtime, implement disaster recovery procedures, identify bottlenecks and provide troubleshooting assistance or recommendation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and standard methodologies in ERP applications implementation and development.
• Development and maintenance of PowerBI Reports and supporting data warehouse administration tasks
  
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Career changers with similar founded experience are also welcome.
• min. 5+ years experience in developing ERP related solutions in Syteline
• Deep understanding of business processes in particular operations and supply chain processes
• Microsoft or other software certifications is a benefit.
• Strong understanding of database technologies & ERP Environments as well as experience in providing extended user support.
• Intermediate English level in verbal and writing are a requirement
