We are currently looking for passionate and talented Talend Acquisition Specialist to join our new team dedicated to supporting one of our clients; International Retail Company, expanding globally.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our client’s company values and requirements.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Management of E2E process in partnership with Client HR and TA teams.
- Management and coordination of interview scheduling, offer and onboarding requests
- Managing job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
- Proactively sourcing (identifying) candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites).
- Developing own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
- Engaging, screening and qualifying candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists.
- Delivering excellent candidate experience; managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date
- Stakeholder management and deliver of regular status updates throughout a recruitment campaign
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
- Maintaining agreed service levels and targets.
Skills & Experience
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Full professional proficiency in English and Romanian both written and spoken.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working directly with the Hiring Managers.
- A solid background in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction.
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and demanding needs.
- Analytical skills, data driven and inquisitive mindset with the ability to think out of the box on non-linear searches.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization where resilience and boldness are key success factors.
- Romanian market experience.
