About the job:
We have a great opportunity for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team, which operates at the forefront of driving growth and engagement across diverse channels. In our fast-paced and innovative environment, you will play a critical role in creating and optimizing campaigns that fuel our pipeline and amplify our market presence. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will bring expertise in social advertising, audience targeting, and data-driven experimentation to help us achieve ambitious lead generation and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Advertising and ABM: Lead business lead-generation efforts by creating and managing social advertising campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Drive higher conversion rates and ROMI through continuous data-driven experimentation and optimization of campaigns.
  • Audience Targeting: Partner with stakeholders to create and refine target and retargeting audiences across markets and products.
  • Growth Hacking: Join forces with marketing, product, and sales teams to execute omnichannel campaigns spanning different channels and user journey steps.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Work with the team to develop and improve tracking and analytics systems for greater efficiency and insight.

  • Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing specializing in B2B demand generation.
  • Proficiency in managing social advertising and account-based marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and others.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and techniques for improving ROMI
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and advertising platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to identify opportunities for optimization and drive results.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
