Job description

The Payment Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless processing of deposits and withdrawals, as well as conducting thorough fraud checks to protect our players and the company. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, and a commitment to providing a smooth and secure transaction experience for our users. As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will be the frontline defense against fraudulent activities, working closely with other team members to monitor, review, and resolve transaction issues. Your efforts will directly impact the satisfaction and trust of our player base, ensuring they have a positive and secure gaming experience. This position demands a high level of integrity, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

           

             

These are your responsibilities:

  • Check if player withdrawal requests should be approved based on internal rules.
  • Approve manual deposits and withdrawal requests of players.
  • Correct player balances and fix potential transaction problems.
  • Monitor player behavior and transaction history, running fraud and risk checks based on guidelines.
  • Resolve various incidents related to fraud and payments.

  • Respond and resolve fraud request checks promptly.
