We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to promote and grow our brand. In this role, you will ensure that our clients and candidates stay connected and informed about our company news. Your responsibilities will include running end-to-end email marketing campaigns, managing email databases, and creating engaging newsletters.
Together We Will:
- Develop and implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
- Craft and send emails to attract new leads.
- Coordinate email communication with company specialists.
- Create and launch effective email strategies and conduct tests.
- Design appealing and lead-generating emails (including topics, templates, and content ideas).
- Target key accounts through strategic database segmentation.
- Work closely with the Business Growth Department to coordinate ABM campaigns.
- Analyze email newsletters and address areas for improvement.
Requirements
What We Will Need:
- 2+ years in email marketing, preferably in an ABM context.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-C2).
- Strong creative thinking and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation technology.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
- Excellent written business correspondence and copywriting skills.
Would Be a Plus:
- Quick analytical thinking and adherence to deadlines.
- Experience working with a cold database.
- Great sense of humor 🙂
