Job description

Starting Date: January 6, 2024

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2 rotational days off)

About The Role

We are seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services. The successful candidate will be trained to provide professional and efficient customer support, demonstrating excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Polish and English.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Document interactions and resolutions in the company CRM system.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Polish (B2) and English (B2) (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday with rotational days off.
