Our Procurement Operations are involved in daily IT hardware purchasing activities and collaborate closely with suppliers and the internal team to meet company needs.

IF YOU ARE

  • Proficient in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities, including Contract Management, Tender conduction, and Supplier Onboarding processes
  • Experienced in managing accounting documents and ensuring compliance with payment processing requirements
  • Confident in working with Help Desk and Procure-to-Pay systems with a demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and solve system-related issues
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including advanced data normalization and Pivot Table management), Word, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with extensive experience in conducting market research and analyzing procurement offers
  • Adept in the IT domain, with strong general computer literacy
  • A strong communicator and negotiator, able to resolve conflicts, build consensus, and make informed decisions
  • Client-focused and service-oriented, ensuring procurement aligns with business needs and enhances customer satisfaction
  • Pro-active, adaptive, and collaborative, consistently contributing to team goals while remaining flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English at an Intermediate+ level
  • Proficiency in Spanish (optional, but would be an advantage)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Optimize procurement processes, including identifying and delegating incoming requests, tracking their resolution, detecting potential risks, and escalating them to stakeholders
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate supplier offers from procurement and business perspectives, validating results with stakeholders
  • Gather and refine purchase requirements, analyze inventory levels, and liaise with requesters to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team on goods receipt, address discrepancies, and confirm service provisioning with stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth payment processes by working closely with the Accounting team to verify and process documents accurately
  • Resolve issues between suppliers and internal requestors, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution throughout the procurement cycle
  • Oversee supplier onboarding, including collecting legal and financial documentation, creating supplier profiles in the Procure-to-Pay system, and maintaining up-to-date data
  • Drive improvements in procurement workflows, leveraging analytical insights to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
