We are seeking dynamic and motivated Outbound Client Advisors to join our team at one of the largest energy providers and suppliers in the Belgian market. Additionally, you’ll support customers of a leading home delivery service for frozen food and wine. This dual-role opportunity involves engaging with both prospective and existing clients to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of our campaigns.

Your Role
Outbound Sales:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database, including cold and warm leads.
  • Listen actively to understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Compare energy tariffs between the company and competitors, convincing prospects to switch energy providers and sign contracts.
  • Assist clients with the digital signing process and follow up within 48 hours to ensure satisfaction.
  • Contact existing clients to manage orders, reschedule missed deliveries, and inform them of any delivery changes.
  • Upsell additional products or services such as energy control devices, maintenance services, e-mobility items, and frozen food or wine promotions.
Inbound Support:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or email, including order placement, appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and addressing product or service-related questions.
Customer Care:
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company sales objectives.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • Diploma of Secondary Education.
  • Previous experience in sales, contact centers, or the hospitality sector is advantageous but not required.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Language Skills: High proficiency in Dutch (preferably Flemish) and a good command of English. Native-level French is also an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Basic PC skills (MS Office, Salesforce).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills with excellent writing ability.
    • Customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Persuasiveness with clear explanations and well-formed arguments.
    • Empathy to understand and address customer needs effectively.
    • Confidence, positivity, and a proactive attitude.
    • Adaptability to embrace changes as opportunities for growth.
