We are looking for skilled Cash Management Accountant to join our amazing team located in Gdansk, Poland.
Key responsibilities:
Bank payment processing, including:
Generating payments list based on approved invoices and due dates
Entering them into the banking system, coordination of approvals
Posting bank payments to AP ledgers
Bank statements accounting according to Hempel rules, including calculation and posting of:
Maintaining proper documentation for the above
Timely and accurate bank reconciliations, including a proactive approach to resolving unidentified payments
Qualifications and competences:
Min 1 year of experience in accounting
University degree preferable in Finance or Accounting
Good level of English (written and spoken)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Organizational skills and accuracy
Friendly personality
