Job description

We are looking for the Senior Technical Consultant specializes in SyteLine development, with 5+ years of experience delivering billable services to support customers’ SyteLine ERP systems. This role includes tasks ranging from requirements gathering and analysis to solution design, development, and project delivery. Additional technical services unrelated to SyteLine may also be required. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in customizing Syteline ERP/INFOR CSI and integrating cloud technologies such as .NET and AWS. The client seeks experienced professionals for either upgrading or succession planning. Candidates must be senior-level experts with a strong background in Syteline (INFOR/CSI) and external consulting. Prior applicants, interviewees, or employees of the company will not be considered. This role involves 25%-50% travel.

Responsibilities

Gather customer requirements and analyze business needs.
Develop and implement tailored solutions for SyteLine ERP systems.
Document technical specifications and create project estimates.
Code, test, debug, and deliver solutions effectively.
Provide support for project delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain flexibility to manage simultaneous projects efficiently.

You have:

Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies (T-SQL, VB.Net, SQL Server Reporting Services).
Manufacturing industry experience and familiarity with ERP systems.
Strong consulting and customer-facing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High standards of work quality, self-motivation, and resilience.
Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
Minimum 5 years of Syteline/INFOR development and customization experience.
Previous consulting experience is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 25%-50% as required for onsite work, meetings, and customer engagements.
Advanced knowledge of Syteline ERP, INFOR CSI, and cloud integration.
Experience with AWS or similar platforms.
Proven track record in external consulting roles.
