A DAY AT PINQ

Lead by example in an environment that prioritises your developments and achievements. Provide community services in places they are needed most and support your team to achieve their professional goals.

  • Manage a small team of up to 6 clinicians to support their growth and development. + Liaise with the broader operational team to shape and inspire the growth of the company.

  • Provide vital mobile services to a diverse caseload Including: NDIS, Aged Care and private clients to support your local community.
  • Utilise evidence-based treatment with a client centred approach and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes for your clients.
  • Advocate for your client’s and improve their wellbeing by writing comprehensive reports for relevant governing bodies.
  • Engage in collaborative case conferencing and reflective practice sessions within a MDT team focused environment to develop as a clinician.
  • Be supported by our tailored 1:1 supervision to hone your Leadership capabilities and provide mentorship as part of our structured support system.
