What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our customers with their defects by liaising with warranty providers and developers to arrange completion of outstanding defects.
You’ll ensure that all defects are logged accurately and will keep up to date records for reporting to senior leaders. You will also be supporting internal departments by keeping up to date, relevant information on our new housing stock.
You’ll be supporting the team to offer a great customer experience and supporting new build aftercare for Aster.
About You
Great customer service will be really important to you and you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll be communicating with customers, colleagues and external providers through a variety of communication methods so will be confident in your ability to deliver key messages in writing and on the phone.
You’ll have strong attention to detail keeping accurate records of conversations and logging information to support colleagues across the business.
You don’t need to have construction knowledge but if you do, that’s great. You’ll be educated to GCSE level and will show a willingness to learn and continuously develop a service.
As you’ll be working with our internal systems and IT on a daily basis, you’ll be a confident IT user with you’ll know your way around the Microsoft office suite.
You can carry out the role wherever is best for you but there will be travel required to our hubs and offices, predominantly our Devizes hub, on occasion.
