We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Affiliate Program & E-Mail Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our affiliate program and e-mail marketing campaigns in order to drive sales and revenue growth for Smarter Snacks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage our affiliate program, including identifying and recruiting affiliate partners, and monitoring performance with predefined tools
Create and execute e-mail marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase customer retention
Conduct market research to identify potential new affiliate partners and target audiences for our e-mail marketing efforts
Analyze data and track metrics to assess the success of affiliate and e-mail marketing efforts
Collaborate with the marketing team to align the affiliate and e-mail marketing strategies with overall company objectives and campaigns
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and e-mail marketing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and e-mail marketing
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and strategies, as well as e-mail marketing best practices
Experience managing affiliate programs and using affiliate tracking software
Proficiency in e-mail marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
Strong project management and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
