Cargo:
Main responsibilities:
Project management exposure and act as the key coordinator between client PMO/business teams and remote delivery team
Manage tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or quantity through effective coordination
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects successfully using hybrid delivery model
Participate in project delivery planning, workshops, activity tracking and assist in translation work in instances where Client expects local language expertise
Ensure project reporting as per agreed governance schedule and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders for project meetings, delivery scheduling, delivery tracking & effort analysis to ensure no overruns
Identify and escalate critical issues in a timely fashion
Distils scheduling and metrics data into concise management reports
Build & maintain key relationships with internal/external Customers & 3rd party vendors
Requisitos:
Minimum of 7 years project management experience
Highest level of expertise acquired through exposure to emerging advancements or complex business situations in the space of Core Banking and is seen as innovative in this competency
Good working knowledge of the software processes, technologies and environments of software solutions in Retail Banking domain
People management experience
Effective communicator and one who focusses on teamwork
Availability to travel and participate in projects in various territories
Knowledge of Portuguese (proficient level) and English (intermediate level)
