Latitude is partnering with a global software company to find a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager/Paralegal to work full time at the company an engagement basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent full-time position based on performance and business needs. This position is fully remote.
In this role, the Contracts Manager/Paralegal will:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex SaaS agreements and a variety of other client and supplier agreements (such as software licensing agreements, EULAs, support agreements, partner agreements and vendor agreements).
- Represents the company in external negotiations to a diverse set of customers.
- Manage the contract administration process from inception to completion.
- Analyze and review contract requirements, terms, and conditions for compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assist in contract compliance and issue resolutions.
- Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines
- Summarizes complex contractual issues, develops creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation.
- Function as a liaison for contract life cycle management and departmental coordination.
- Other duties as assigned.
Competencies and Skills for Contracts Manager / Paralegal Experienced in SaaS Contracts (Remote; Temp to Perm)
- Significant prior experience acting as the lead in negotiating and finalizing complex agreements.
- Have experience collaborating across internal teams, creating, and maintaining templates, assisting with work distribution, and developing resources related to contracts and/or contract negotiations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Service-oriented focus with ability to work as part of cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Highest integrity, excellent judgment, and the ability to pro-actively recognize and effectively communicate legal issues to legal leadership.

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
