Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Ads Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in eCommerce, paid media expertise (particularly with Meta and/or Google Ads), and excellent project management skills. This role is crucial in ensuring our ads team operates efficiently and delivers exceptional results to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Use Asana to manage and move projects through different stages, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Monitor and triage client requests in Slack, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Compile and report campaign performance metrics to the team and clients, using data to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate closely with the paid media team to keep workflows streamlined and focused on achieving client goals.
Work with team members to identify opportunities for campaign improvements and innovation.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

At least 2 years of experience in an eCommerce agency environment.
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads.
Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in Asana or similar tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple clients and priorities.
