Teamlead B2P Collection and Controlling (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will lead and support our Collection & Controlling team in the area of Business to Partner (B2P), as well as process and manage relevant projects in this area
• You will work with your team to ensure continuous monitoring of O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes and KPIs, and provide up-to-date reporting to all stakeholders, including senior management
• You will be responsible for resolving past due accounts directly with our international intermediary business partners and supporting your team in the pre-analysis process
• You will also ensure the timely evaluation of all partner incentives and manage associated billing processes
• You will be the first point of contact for any special billing processes and will provide the necessary data and reports

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have several years of experience in Controlling, Collections, Analytics, or Consulting in one of these fields, as well as solid practical experience in project management
• You have several years of hands-on leadership experience, either in line management or project management
• Your Microsoft Excel skills are second to none, and combined with your communication skills, no one can beat you when it comes to reports and presentations
• You are a solution-oriented and analytical thinker, constantly questioning processes and structures in a diligent and critical manner
• You stay structured in an agile environment and align tasks within the team
• You have a strong command of English, and additional German skills would be a plus
