Job Description

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll spearhead our client’s expansion into the lucrative MDU and commercial markets. You’ll engage with property managers and association leaders, presenting both Direct-to-Home and Bulk service options. This role offers a unique blend of challenge and reward, with the opportunity to close major deals and significantly impact the company’s growth. You’ll be at the forefront of the green energy revolution, offering solar solutions alongside cutting-edge telecom services. With a target to close 4-5 major properties before year-end, your success will be directly tied to the company’s expansion.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to property managers, HOAs, and commercial decision-makers
  • Present and sell both Direct-to-Home and Bulk service packages, tailoring your approach to each client’s needs
  • Leverage lead generation systems to identify and pursue high-value prospects
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the MDU and commercial sectors
  • Drive sales targets, aiming to close multiple major properties within tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies for the MDU market
  • Manage customer information and sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations


Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, solar, or related industries
  • Exceptional phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong understanding of technical services with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Self-motivated with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours for reaching property managers (early mornings or afternoons)
  • Passion for sustainable energy and innovative telecommunications solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value, complex deals
