Job description

Are you curious? Structured? And technically savvy? Then how about joining us as we put new and revolutionary digital devices on the market?

Our products go beyond single use. We are on a mission to make digital devices for our products that support people with intimate health care needs even better.

“You will work with our embedded solutions, including Heylo – the world’s first leakage notification system for stoma care. Embedded solutions are a strategic priority at Coloplast,” says Head of Embedded Solutions, Henrik Pedersen.

Join the R&D organisation
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join our Innovation Unit, where we set the direction for the product development across the organisation. More specifically, you will join our Embedded Solutions team of 9 colleagues. Embedded solutions is a new focus area within Coloplast aiming to incorporate digital devices into our products.

“In the team, we listen to new ideas and trust each other’s knowledge. And as long as you get your tasks done, you can plan your own time and work from home some days if you need to,” says Henrik.

Turn complaints into opportunities for innovation
As our new Complaint and Defect Manager, you will primarily work with our embedded solution Heylo – a sensor and app system designed to give users confidence and peace of mind in their daily lives.

Handling our complaints, you will work closely with a variety of teams, from developers and IT support to external suppliers, making sure everyone is aligned. You will also take the lead in following up on complaints and ensuring they are resolved.

More specifically, you will:

  • Receive and process complaints and other relevant market input related to embedded solutions
  • Create and maintain defects in our ALM system (Polarion)
  • Be in contact with internal project teams and external suppliers regarding defect resolution
  • Coordinate complaint sample returns and collaborate with teams on investigation
  • Drive complaints and resolutions through project and maintenance teams
  • Produce status reports on complaints and defects for projects and maintenance teams

“Each complaint is an opportunity for us to improve. And your work will impact our end-users and give them a better life,” says Head of Embedded Solutions, Henrik Pedersen.

You are structured and technically savvy

While you have technical knowledge in software or electronics, your role primarily involves coordinating and aligning – though there is also room to explore the technical details when relevant.

Moreover, we imagine, that you:

  • Might bring a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT or similar – your exact background is not crucial to us
  • Bring some understanding of electronics, software design and embedded devices
  • Have knowledge of troubleshooting and failure analysis methods
  • Speak and write English effortlessly

Interested?
If you would like to know more about the position, please contact Head of Embedded Solutions, Henrik Pedersen on +45 4911 2011 or dkhhpe@coloplast.com.
