ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

NP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Senior Manager, Paid Search to join our remote Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managing paid search campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K per month. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360 as well as a good grasp on how to structure campaigns to optimize performance based on each platform’s best practices. Equally important to paid search experience is the ability to communicate recommendations and analysis of performance to clients and colleagues alike. 

To qualify, candidate must reside and be eligible to work in the US. 

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Deliver paid search strategy and tactical recommendations for clients, including performance max campaigns
  • Evaluate ad platform updates and how to apply them to clients’ campaigns
  • Project estimated campaign performance results based on client budgets and benchmark costs and rates
  • Develop & implement paid search campaign structures to manage and optimize against performance goals
  • Follow department media buying and quality assurance processes to ensure campaigns run accurately
  • Steward clients’ budgets through meticulous management of daily or lifetime spending and monthly, quarterly, or annual pacing and actualize budgets for client invoicing
  • Improve campaign performance by making optimization recommendations and using paid search campaign management checklists to identify opportunities
  • Meet internal and external deadlines for assigned tasks
  • Develop testing roadmap and implement split testing to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Create, deliver, and present client reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis in a storytelling format with insights and recommended next steps
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to share paid search insights that can be leveraged across SEO, marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), paid social, and programmatic efforts
  • Respond to client questions and ad hoc requests in a timely manner

ABOUT YOU 

  • Minimum of 5+ years of paid search experience across both Google and Microsoft Ads
  • Experienced in managing monthly budgets exceeding $500K
  • Thrives off improving paid search campaign performance and the opportunity to drive growth for clients
  • Uses platform and third-party data to understand what may be impacting campaign performance
  • Understands how to determine when ad copy needs to be updated
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to both external and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and data analysis to ensure campaigns run accurately and insights are uncovered that lead to campaign recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability prioritize time and workload efficiently
  • Team player who is willing to help others whenever needed
  • Responsive to constructive feedback to foster personal and professional growth

BONUS POINTS 

  • Hands-on experience in Search Ads 360 in the past year
  • Experience discussing and implementing offline conversion tracking with clients’ CRM metrics
  • Certifications from Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Microsoft Ads 
  • Additional professional certifications, such as Google Analytics
  • Experience in Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaign management

 ABOUT THE COMPENSATION 

  • Base Salary: USD $100,000.00 to $115,000.00; depending on experience and skills
  • Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
