About You
You’re a natural problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • You have a keen eye for detail
  • You speak English and Portuguese fluently (Spanish would be a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, customer-focused attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and adapt quickly to remote work.
  • A drive to be part of something bigger than yourself 

 

The Role

On a typical day, you will...

  • Provide operational support to the Customer Operations team 
  • Establish and maintain quality standards
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Help customers use specific features and resolve their issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and insights.
  • Identify best practices to establish consistency and efficiency at scale.

  

Salary Range

For this position, we have a total gross package of 15.000€ to 18.000€ (plus meal allowance, health insurance and other benefits).
