Senior Community Manager

We are looking for a community builder who is passionate about leading the next phase of the Culture First Community and driving our mission to create a better world of work. You should be a brand advocate, with a focus on growing our thought leadership-led community, driving connections, and creating a container for collaboration. This individual will be responsible for leading our digital community strategy and experience. Our mission is to create stunning world-class programs and content that inspires our community to put culture first. They will manage multiple channels - bringing together the largest community of people and culture leaders in the world to learn, grow and take action. 

 

We’re searching for a versatile and hands-on senior community manager to join our team to focus on curating our digital forums and creating a collaborative environment for our members to feel supported. We’re searching for an organized, creative, and energetic individual to lead breathtaking experiences that build on the culture first reputation established over the last 3 years. The ideal candidate has prior experience in leading and growing a global community - understanding the strong need for locally relevant content and activations.

 

This is an opportunity for an experienced community manager to take the culture-first community to new highs, be the voice of our virtual community, and be part of a fast-growing Marketing team. This role will also help lay the foundation for our next generation global, scalable, B2B Community platform including engagement in platform selection, building, migration, launch, and growth. 

 

You will:

  • Develop and implement a digital and social strategy designed to engage, develop and grow our Culture First community - orientated around thought leadership and our mission
  • Partner with the team to craft and implement an overarching community strategy - aligning our digital strategy alongside our virtual and in-person Chapter events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including regional marketing, content, people scientists, sales, etc) to help shape and align the strategy to the wider ecosystem
  • Help recruit, curate, and serve as the point person for the different forums and identify content to create thought-provoking, engaging, and inspiring experiences
  • Work with the content, design, and web properties to develop community playbooks and initiatives to grow membership and enhance the community experience
  • Research platforms and other technology solutions to enhance the experience for our community and improve engagement
  • Ability to connect the dots between community and wider marketing initiatives - understand the power of community in supporting the marketing funnel
  • Develop and execute data collection strategies and processes to ensure desired analytics are tracked, recorded, and leveraged for future programs
  • Take ownership of managing our community team budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for the growth, engagement, and seamless operation of our Culture First community.

 

You have:

  • 4+ years leading community initiatives
  • Experience with design, content and communications relevant to multiple regions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfort working with multiple levels (including senior leadership)
  • Ability to work cross-functionality to collaborate and build alignment
  • Ability to streamline + operationalize scalable and repeatable processes
  • Insatiable curiosity and growth mindset; appetite to take calculated risks and push boundaries. You're a champion of innovation
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities

 

You are:

  • Comfortable working with multiple platforms and BI tools
  • Familiar with B2B SaaS marketing
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools like Google Drive, Asana, Slack, Trello, Confluence

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)
$120,000$133,000 USD
