Growth Marketing - Creative Strategist Intern

Starting Date: January, February or March 2025

Context

Alan's digital distribution, both for companies and individuals (freelancers, retirees, etc.), is experiencing strong growth (+45% annually), and we are planning for even more impressive growth in the coming years thanks to a strong brand and innovative distribution.

Our team of Performance Marketers test and scale different ads and channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, …) and run a lot of creative campaigns to acquire new clients via advertising. Their role is at the crossroad of data, analytics & creativity and they need help in creating the new performing content that will convince people to join us. 

⭐ Your Mission ⭐

As a Creative Strategist Intern, your mission is to contribute to our marketing success through:

  • Creative strategy and content creation: Develop and execute engaging social media content, specifically for ad campaigns and emerging platforms like TikTok. This includes creating videos, images, and copy optimized for each platform. You'll also develop a creative strategy roadmap and testing plan for our marketing materials.

  • Landing page development: Design and optimize landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and drive conversions.

  • Trend identification and competitive analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and competitive landscape, both locally and internationally. Use this knowledge to inform our creative strategies and test innovative concepts and formats.

  • Collaboration with internal teams & external stakeholders: Collaborate with design/content teams, providing briefs and guidance to ensure high-quality content production. Contribute to streamlining our in-house creative processes. Meeting with partners such as Google & LinkedIn

  • Growth channel exploration: Research and identify new growth opportunities across different channels and platforms.

  • Fluent in French and advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Design-savvy with a good visual sense (a plus)

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools (a plus)
