WHO YOU ARE

A driven and curious young professional interested in Operations and Logistics or a relevant field. Someone that loves problem-solving, efficient communication , and liaising with suppliers to manage orders to successful completion.

In this role, you will need to be extremely well-organized and pay attention to detail. You will work directly with our Suppliers and find the best- and fastest way to manage everyday operational challenges. This includes troubleshooting issues, handling claims, and working directly with our Logistics partners to ensure Qogita delivers at the highest industry standard. WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH:

We are a small, highly diverse, close-knit team of Qogitians. The Operations team  is a key part of the company's success; the team is building out robust policies and initiatives and a one-of-a-kind internal environment. Their years of (combined) experience boasts a great opportunity to learn from some of the industries best in Fulfillment and Logistics. Together, they have worked on building a cutting-edge fulfillment system, driven by data informed decision making and efficiency improvements. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:

  • Find the best- and fastest way to resolve everyday logistics-issues, such as lost shipments and shipping-delays

  • Work directly with our suppliers, managing their orders end-to-end

  • Assist in tracking orders through our admin portal and CRM tools

  • Use monitoring systems to identify and address potential problems

  • Contribute to optimizing supply chain and logistical flows

  • Help design a scalable operational processes, work on data driven process-improvement, and gather feedback from our Sellers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Operations, Logistics, Business or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic proficiency (or interest in learning) using admin portals, CRM tools, and monitoring systems

  • Bonus: coding skills & experience with low-code platforms such as Retool

  • Based in Amsterdam

  • Ability to commit full-time to a role for at least 6-months

This is a full-time position, but we may consider part-time for longer engagements. The internship is based in Amsterdam, but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
