Job description

Our client is a dynamic and growing organization with six subsidiaries. They pride themselves on fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth. This role offers the opportunity to make a strong impact by managing the financial operations across multiple entities within the organization.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

As our Bookkeeper, you will:

  • Record and classify day-to-day financial transactions for Imprinted Holdings and its six subsidiaries.

  • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.

  • Manage inter-company accounting processes, tracking transactions between subsidiaries.

  • Classify all financial transactions in accordance with company policies.

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and subsidiaries as needed.

  • Support the Controller in preparing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records for all entities.

  • Collaborate with the Controller to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally in organizations with multiple entities or subsidiaries.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Xero accounting software.
    Strong understanding of American accounting practices and regulations.

  • Experience with inter-company accounting and processes.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in bookkeeping or accounting.

  • Familiarity with financial reporting and tax preparation.

Additional Information
  • The Bookkeeper will not have access to bank accounts for transactions but will be responsible for classifying all financial activities and maintaining accurate records.

  • This role reports directly to the Controller and works closely with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
