Your key missions:

You will:

Act as the main point of contact for the HR community across 26 global tech locations.
Manage global HR systems (e.g., Workday), headcount monitoring, and data quality checks.
Track recruitment activities and lead global strategic recruitment initiatives.
Develop and coordinate global onboarding programs and oversee talent management campaigns.
Manage global calibration for performance, merit, and bonus processes.
Drive upskilling, reskilling strategies, and learning & development initiatives aligned with market trends.
Lead change management projects and embed new ways of working within the Global Tech organization.
