About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ZOHO Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our ZOHO ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in leveraging ZOHO’s suite of applications to streamline business operations, enhance team productivity, and drive innovation. This position requires technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

System Administration:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain ZOHO CRM and other ZOHO applications (Books, People, Projects, Desk, Analytics, etc.)
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access levels across the ZOHO platform
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly


Customization and Optimization:

  • Customize modules, fields, workflows, and automation rules to meet business needs
  • Integrate ZOHO apps with third-party tools and ensure seamless data flow
  • Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability


Data Management:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across ZOHO applications
  • Regularly clean and update records, ensuring compliance with data governance policies
  • Develop and generate insightful reports and dashboards for business analysis


Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to staff on ZOHO functionalities and best practices
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and troubleshooting


Project Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions
  • Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and system enhancements


Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a ZOHO Administrator or similar role


Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ZOHO applications, including CRM, Books, People, and others
  • Experience with API integrations and scripting (Deluge or other languages)
  • Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
