Are you ready to elevate marketing operations while contributing to a zero-carbon future? We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize and manage the tools, systems, and processes that power our global marketing campaigns.
As part of our global Growth Marketing Team, you’ll support a high-performing marketing engine responsible for driving 90% of revenue through inbound channels. You’ll collaborate across teams to enable seamless campaign execution, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-driven innovation. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Team Lead, you’ll partner with a seasoned Marketing Operations Specialist and work closely with colleagues in website production, paid ads, branding, regional marketing, and sales.
This is a full-time, permanent role open to remote candidates who are based in Europe and can work European and early Central Time Zone hours.
What you’ll do:
- Campaign Support: Assist global and regional marketers in setting up forms, confirmation emails, and campaign reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot. Manage lead imports from webinars, events, and other sources.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate marketing attribution by maintaining clean, actionable data in HubSpot and Salesforce for insights and optimization.
- Email Marketing: Drive email marketing performance to the next level globally – Manage newsletter recipient lists, ensure adherence to email templates and cadences, and execute operational email campaigns.
- Marketing Automation: Maintain and optimize workflows for lead allocation, nurturing, and demo booking in HubSpot and other tools.
- Process Optimization: Train team members, uphold best practices, and maintain playbooks for events, webinars, and email campaigns.
- Growth Initiatives: Collaborate and own projects to improve the existing core marketing systems, and help launch new marketing operations initiatives such as lead scoring.
What you need:
- 2+ years experience in marketing operations, ideally in a B2B marketing SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Livestorm.
- Experience supporting marketing campaign setup, for example, creating forms for lead capturing, automated nurturing emails, or campaign performance reports.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and processes, including sending out emails, list management, template management, and performance analysis.
- Experience setting and maintaining marketing automation, e.g. automated email workflows, or lead management workflows.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for improving marketing performance using data, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate your ideas and explain tools or processes clearly.
- A proactive approach in solving problems, with a can-do attitude.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new things.
- Professional level of English as it is our working language.
