The Content & Business Products organization builds and buys technology that helps plan, produce, and promote our content on and off the service. The Product leaders in our organization work across many different business functions and stakeholder groups to innovate across what we call the “pitch-to-play ecosystem."
In this dynamic role, you will lead the administrative pod, reporting to the leader of the Content & Business Products Programs & Operations team, supporting the Vice President of Content & Business Products department and an additional member of the leadership team. As a member of this highly matrixed organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the administrative pod is collaborating effectively with the operations team so the leaders can execute seamlessly. You are a doer, driving operational excellence and ensuring the organization's logistics run smoothly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactive management of calendars for leaders and their teams, including scheduling and prioritizing complex internal and external meetings across time zones.
Lead and mentor a team of administrative assistants, providing guidance and development opportunities to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Improve team efficiency by solving problems, streamlining workflows, and anticipating needs, while understanding the business context to identify opportunities and deliver results in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
Plan, manage, and execute logistics for team offsites, summits, and events, including large-scale gatherings of up to 800 attendees.
Coordinate and oversee complex regional and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries and quick problem resolution.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a key point of contact with operational, program management, and administrative partners across the organization.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring the accuracy and quality of deliverables.
Uphold the highest level of discretion and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, with demonstrated expertise in managing a team administrative assistants and providing mentorship and team development
Proven ability to develop and support high-performing teams, fostering growth and collaboration
Strong understanding of business and operating models, with the ability to align administrative strategies to broader organizational goals
4+ years of experience managing multiple executive calendars with complex scheduling needs
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Groups)
Strong writing and editing skills, including crafting communications and supporting executive-level correspondence
Highly responsive and capable of working flexibly across multiple time zones
Calm and focused under pressure, with strong organizational skills to balance multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Discreet and professional, able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset, anticipating needs and thriving as a collaborative team player in dynamic business environments
Experience or knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $240,000.
