Job Description

insightsoftware is looking for a Senior Partnership Account Executive to join our Equity Partnership team. You will be fully remote and report into the Vice President, Equity Management.

  • Develop sales plans and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute partnership plans and strategy to contribute to sales plans and goal attainment
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas
  • Use a consultative approach to diagnose our partner's and customer’s needs
  • Remain knowledgeable of company products and target industries to facilitate sales efforts
  • You have excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff
  • WIN – close deals and acquire new customers 
  • Complete and establish strategic plans for key equity management partnerships and sales

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of software sales experience required
  • 5+ years of equity management industry experience preferred
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including cold calls, proposal preparation, and presentation skills
  • Must have energy, drive, commitment, and passion
