Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Lead Support Analyst to join our Oracle Enterprise Transformation team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide work direction to both on-shore and off-shore resources
  • Serve as the liaison between support resources and business teams ensuring consistent support best practices are followed
  • Establish and maintain support service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Coordinate quarterly releases across the organization

You Must Have:

  • Experience managing and providing work direction to offshore resources
  • Experience leading or participating in a support organization
  • Experience leading or participating in system testing and defect resolution management
  • Strong communication skills being able to work with all levels from executives to analysts
  • Experience leading in a fast-paced environment

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Oracle or similar ERP system support experience
  • Project management experience
  • Jira experience
