Role Overview:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your ability to articulate our value proposition and align our solutions with customer needs will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to demonstrate the value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to position effectively in the market.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a Legal tech SaaS sales environment, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role selling to enterprise law firms. 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Experience in the legal sector is vital
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
