Job Overview
Are you passionate about empowering sales teams to excel? Mitratech is seeking a dynamic Trainer to join our Global Sales Enablement team. In this highly visible role, you will be instrumental in delivering world-class training programs that drive sales success across a growing global team. From onboarding new hires to rolling out skills training, you will design and deliver impactful training programs and manage enablement resources that ensure continuous learning and sales excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver scalable, inclusive global training programs tailored to the needs of the sales organization.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, and certification programs.
• Support the rollout of sales playbooks and assist in their integration into workflows to improve performance.
• Create and maintain sales guides, playbooks, and enablement content to support reps in achieving success.
• Manage the sales enablement content repository, ensuring accessibility and ease of use.
• Foster an engaging and professional training environment that promotes growth, retention, and performance.
Requirements & Skills:
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Learning & Development.
• Proficiency in e-learning/learning creation tools and the development of online and in-person training solutions.
• Proven track record with sales tools, playbooks, and training programs that deliver results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships.
• Creative, strategic, and solution-oriented with a passion for continuous learning.
Education:
- A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Additional certifications, specialized training, or advanced education are a plus.

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000 Annually USD
Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
