THE OPPORTUNITY:

Title:  Revenue Manager

Location: Hungary/Romania/ Poland

100% remote, permanent role

Primary purpose of the role:

We are looking for a Revenue Manager to drive improved processes and higher revenue growth in Large Accounts.

Job Summary:  Manage the Large Account Renewal program across Iron Mountain’s geographies deploying to new countries and driving incremental revenue.  Tracks the performance of the Large Account Renewals and reports out on key metrics.  Coaches’ commercial teams on strategy to deliver price growth while helping them expand upsell / cross sell opportunities.

Job Level:  Requires Revenue Management expertise.  Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations.  May lead functional teams or projects

Key Responsibilities:

The Revenue Manager position has the core responsibility to drive price growth and support sales in growing the business using the right pricing strategy across our range of service offerings. 

The responsibilities of this role are to support Iron Mountain global revenue growth, applying your expertise to drive superior performance of our large accounts during the renewal process. 

This role will focus on implementing a large account process that identifies accounts up for renewal in the next 12 months, maintains contract knowledge, ensures renewal kickoffs are scheduled and sets renewal pricing. 

Additionally this person will coach commercial teams on price and renewal strategy, communications with customers to get negotiated outcomes and how to trade price for upsell / xsell opportunities.

This role is an important part of our commitment to excellence in revenue management.

Our success in achieving the growth objectives of Iron Mountain depends upon our ability to derive fair, consistent pricing for our largest accounts.  Market and product penetration depend on getting the right renegotiation pricing strategy.

Your role in our mission:

  • We want you to lead revenue management efforts to deliver growth
  • Driving price growth in our largest accounts
  • Identifying and executing renewal growth opportunities through pricing strategy
  • Reporting on renewal price growth performance and coaching commercial team on how to achieve desired negotiation outcomes
  • This highly cross-functional role provides a platform to collaborate with senior leaders in the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Communications groups
  • This is a high exposure role at Iron Mountain that is responsible for driving significant revenue growth

Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies: 

  • Manage the Large Account Renewal program, deploying the program to additional geographies
  • Develop target account list, renewal dates and target pricing per accounts
  • Develop relationships with commercial teams to drive performance of the renewals
  • Drive price strategy: develop optimal price strategies for renewals and new upsell / xsell opportunities
  • Coach commercial teams on when and how to trade price for upsell / xsell
  • Develop communication packages to help support the commercial team in negotiations with the customer
  • Track large account performance and report out results
  • Partner with the Commercial teams to gain buy-in and maximize impact
  • Modify the Large Account Program to achieve optimal results over time
