As a Territory Sales Manager at Prescott's, Inc, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth in the London or Watford UK territory. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our products and services, and providing solutions tailored to their needs. You will work closely with the sales team and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

This role provides an attractive base salary of £30,000 along with unlimited commission opportunities. Our commission structure is designed to reward you for the number of microscope sales, service contracts and repairs you complete; the more you accomplish, the higher your earnings. Earnings potential could be around £60,0000 to £80,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow sales within assigned territory through prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales deals
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital administrators
    • Set meetings and appointments with decision makers (hospitals, surgery centers, admins, materials managers, surgeons, clinics, universities, CEOs)
    • Perform repairs, replace parts to OEM specifications
    • Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products and services, and provide outstanding customer service
    • Drive to service calls, sales meetings, and cold calls
    • Earn commissions on selling refurbished microscopes, parts/accessories, and service agreements
    • Inspect equipment to identify and diagnose operational problems
    • Perform annual maintenance inspections per OEM specifications
    • Respond to multiple service calls per week
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
    • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote our products and services

Requirements

Requirements:

    • Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
    • University degree or equivalent, preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales or sales position, a plus
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems preferred. 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Self-motivated and results-driven
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with surgical microscopes and related equipment is a plus
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds comfortably.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules. 
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. 
    • Familiar with using diagnostic tools and software. 
    • Willingness and ability to travel 
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
