About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the sales and marketing teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales process.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the management & analysis of our CRM sales data, sales reporting requirements, marketing campaign journey and customer communications through Microsoft Dynamics, maximising the efficiency.

You will be a highly motivated, organised and conscientious individual with excellent attention to detail, and strong data management experience. The role demands a proactive attitude, requiring you to make best practice recommendations, challenge logic and implement change with positive and tangible business outcomes.

Finally, you will demonstrate the ability to work with various teams including senior stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers to successfully implement strategies.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Sales Data Management & Insights including: 

  • Oversee the daily management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM data, ensuring accuracy, integrity & meets regulatory requirements.
  • Generate accurate and timely sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies. 
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and support strategic planning. 
  • Forward-thinking development – finding improvements and organising change implementation with Data Engineering Team. 
  • Identifying ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks.

Responsible for Dynamics CRM Marketing including: 

  • Creating marketing data segments to fulfil campaign specifications. Importing/exporting of data including from 3rd parties and owning the data journey whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to understand requirements. 
  • Creating and delivering intelligent customer journeys, ensuring the data is accurate and consistently implementing best practices to obtain the highest levels of engagement. 
  • Providing metrics & reporting to the relevant teams on email/campaign performance and suggesting any optimisation steps where necessary. 
  • General maintenance of marketing data (dupe records, unsubscribes, prime contacts, lead journey/management/stagnant data).

What we are looking for:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM including the marketing function.
  • Microsoft Excel - Advanced.
  • Exceptional Attention to detail. 
  • Experience and ability to work to tight deadlines and ad-hoc projects. 
  • Proactive approach and ability to serve as a Microsoft Dynamics specialist for the business, suggesting improvements. 
  • Ability to work with large data sets. 
  • An organise, structured, motivated approach to work. 
  • Good communication skills.
