What is the role about?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet our business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide expert guidance on best practices, and ensure the optimal performance of the ServiceNow platform. Only experienced ServiceNow Developers to apply please.


Key Responsibilities will include:


  1. Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.

  2. Implement solutions in areas such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and more.

  3. Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.

  4. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform functionality.

  6. Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design, data models, and integration documentation.

  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.

  8. Configure and manage the ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database).

  9. Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.

  10. Monitor platform performance and suggest enhancements for optimal functionality.

  11. Participate in platform upgrades and ensure smooth transitions.

  12. Provide training and support for end-users and stakeholders.
