Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage social media accounts for three distinct photography brands
  • Develop and implement content strategies to grow engagement, align with brand goals, and resonate with target audiences.
  • Create and schedule compelling, on-brand content across social media platforms, showcasing each brand’s unique identity.
  • Design and execute innovative email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Proactively brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to drive growth and engagement across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the team on branding and messaging, while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and email marketing software.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in creating and interpreting analytics reports to measure performance and guide decisions.
Scope
  • Oversee social media and email marketing for three photography brands, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Plan, develop, and manage content calendars to maintain a steady flow of high-quality posts and campaigns.
  • Engage with communities across platforms, fostering meaningful connections.
  • Provide detailed growth and engagement reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM (20 hours per week)
