This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 20+ hours/week in December, transitioning to full-time (35-40 hours/week) in January
  • M-F, flexible during business hours anytime between 8am and 6pm

Job Description

  • Create comprehensive project documentation that keeps all stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Develop clear, concise narratives from complex information, translating technical jargon into accessible language
  • Manage the billing and invoicing process with razor-sharp accuracy, ensuring smooth financial operations
  • Review and package proposals with a keen eye for detail, spotting opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee the entire documentation lifecycle, from project initiation to successful closure
  • Transform scattered information and bullet points into coherent, professional documents
  • Act as the linchpin in maintaining accurate, debate-free paperwork throughout all project stages


Requirements
  • Proven background in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of industry terminology and processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Outstanding writing skills with the ability to create clear, compelling narratives
  • Proficiency in document creation and management software
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
