The Strategy Management Office (SMO) works together with Company Management on SoftServe Strategy & Long-Term Goals. We partner with SoftServe senior leadership to design and execute Strategic Initiatives, empowering change in our business.

IF YOU ARE

Having at least 4 years of work experience with a leading top management consulting firm, or strong experience in corporate strategy or a transformation role, with a demonstrated record of managing high-stakes projects
Excellent in communication with the ability to influence and drive alignment across functions and leadership levels
Skilled in turning strategic ideas into reality, with the flexibility and adaptability to navigate challenges and ensure effective implementation
Strong in problem-solving, capable of structuring and independently navigating complex tasks

AND YOU WANT TO

Collaborate with stakeholders to align corporate, functional, and individual OKRs with the corporate strategy
Conduct data-driven problem analysis, explore innovative solutions, and create structured plans for sustainable growth and efficiency across the company
Engage directly with senior stakeholders and functional leaders to support the design and implementation of strategic initiatives
Participate in the team's working mode as a leading consulting company
Work with SoftServe Management on the company strategy and long-term vision
Contribute to transformative projects that impact processes, operating models, and company-wide strategic goals
