Currently we are looking for experienced Business Process Analyst to enhance organizational efficiency by analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes.

What will be on your task list:

• conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather insights on current processes;
• analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement;
• design and re-engineer business processes for efficiency and effectiveness;
• implement automated solutions to streamline operations;
• develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on new processes.

Requirements

Skill pack for high-quality performance:

• written and spoken English is at Upper-Intermediate level;
• at least 1.5 years of proven experience in business process analysis and improvement;
• understanding of process design and re-engineering;
• basic understanding of automation tools and techniques;
• excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels;
• ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.

Nice-to-have:

• familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum);
• knowledge of BPMN or similar frameworks to visually represent and communicate processes;
• experience in leading workshops and discussions to gather input and drive consensus among stakeholders.
